Questionnaire findings

Two relations to knowledge artefacts are examined, demographic categories and performance.

 

The main phase headline findings are presented in the first section, followed by the relations across geographic and organisational categories. Then the relations are examined across social, financial, and technological demographics, before introducing the relations of knowledge artefact sources and access, to levels of present and updated knowledge artefacts and to performance.

To research these relations the knowledge artefacts were embellished with three measurable characteristics: i) the level of knowledge artefact presence (or absence), ii) their updated (or not) condition (being created or updated in the previous 12 months), and iii) their originating sources (internal to the organisation, cross-boundary (between organisations), external (to the organisation).
